You will see that you need a GSA compliant Digital Certificate
Digital Certificates come through IdenTrust.com

You will be emailed when your Digital Certificate application is approved
Upon approval, you must log back into IdenTrust, download your Cert & email it to Validocs
You will need a graphical eNotary Seal that is backed by your Digital Certificate.
Validocs will create your eNotary Seal for you using your notary information.
You will then link your eNotary Seal to your Digital Certificate in Adobe Acrobat. This way, when you seal documents, your eNotary Seal will appear and it will be backed by your Digital Certificate behind the scenes.

You will then link your eNotary Seal to your Digital Certificate in Adobe Acrobat. This way, when you seal documents, your eNotary Seal will appear and it will be backed by your Digital Certificate behind the scenes.
Becoming a Validocs eNotary
